Community emergency Response Team (CERT)

CERT stands for Community Emergency Response Team. CERT was created to provide emergency skills to the community to aid in the response to local disasters.

Meet Jazmine Cureño our new Emergency Management Consultant!

Jazmine will take on the responsibilities of the emergency management coordinator and facilitate emergency management and Emergency Operations Center (EOC) activities, oversee the completion of state required drills, and review the university's Emergency Operations Plan.

In the coming weeks, she will convene the members of the EOC to ensure efficient mobilization during a critical event, as well as conducting ongoing training.
