All media inquiries and interview requests must go through our PIO team. To ensure a smooth and prompt response, please provide detailed information about your request, including the nature of the interview, specific topics of interest, and your deadline.

Non-Urgent Requests: Our team responds to non-urgent requests during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Urgent/Afterhours Requests: Requests received outside of business hours will be approved on a case-by-case basis depending on urgency.
Call (657) 278-2515 (0) to speak with a police dispatcher. The dispatcher will contact a member of the PIO team. 

Please do not email the PIO team directly for media inquiries or to schedule an interview.

Current Students

If you're a current student looking to conduct an interview for a course assignment, complete our Community Engagement form.
Students conducting interviews for school or university papers, newsletters, or as official media members must request interviews per the steps above.
