Our professional staff members come from diverse educational backgrounds and professional experiences. 

They include police dispatchers, records technicians, public affairs, budget analysts, emergency preparedness, and other administrative and technical roles.

The student community service officer (CSO) position offers flexible work hours to accommodate your academic schedule, including priority registration. It provides a valuable opportunity for you to gain experience in a professional environment. 

While an interest in law enforcement is optional, successful candidates will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the police department. 

All CSOs receive priority registration.  

  • Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour
  • Student workers are part-time, a maximum of 20 hours per week
