The University Police Department at California State University, Fullerton provides a great deal of services to the campus community.

How to Report a Crime:

As a fully-functioning Police Department, University Police take police reports in response to crimes occurring on the campus. For information on reporting a crime, click here, or call (714) 278-2515. To report a crime in progress, dial 9-1-1.

Ride Along Program:

Individuals interested in law enforcement, specifically in the campus environment may be able to request a Ride Along. For more information on the Ride Along Program, click here.

Police Complaint Procedure:

The University Police Department takes personnel complaints very seriously, and has provided means for concerned parties to be able to address the behavior of University Police Personnel. For further information on the University Police Department’s Complaint Procedure, click here.

R.A.D. (Rape Aggression Defense) Program:

Several times each year, the University Police Department and the Crime Prevention Unit provide the Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) Classes for female students, staff, and faculty of the University. For more information, including dates of upcoming classes, click here.

Weather & Safety Information:

For most of the year, CSUF enjoys the beautiful weather of Southern California, providing the campus with clear, sunny weather. However, when the weather becomes much less pleasant, preparations and precautions should be taken to ensure your safety. Campus Watch Program:

Similar to Neighborhood Watch programs used in many cities nationwide, the University Police Department coordinates the Campus Watch Program to improve crime prevention through enhanced awareness and education programs throughout the CSUF Campus. More information on this program can be found here.
