The California State University, Fullerton University Police Department is led by the Chief of Police, Judi King, and is a department in the Division of Administration and Finance at CSUF.

The University Police Department is divided into three groups: Operations, Administration, and Administrative Services.

Operations includes the Patrol Services provided by Police Officers on the main campus and the Investigations Bureau, and is led by Operations Lieutenant Fred Molina.

Administration includes the Patrol Services provided by Police Officers at the Irvine campus and the Crime Prevention Unit, including the Community Service Officer program. This division is led by an Administrative Lieutenant.

Administrative Services includes Communications, Records, and Front Counter Operations. This division is led by Administrative Services Supervisor Debbie Ellis.

In addition to these three divisions, there is a Special Consultant on staff, as well as an Emergency Management Coordinator who, along with the heads of each divison, also report to the Chief of Police.
