On behalf of the men and women of the University Police Department, welcome to California State University, Fullerton. At Cal State Fullerton, the safety and well being of our students, faculty, staff and visitors is our foremost concern.

The CSU Fullerton Police Department is comprised of employees who are dedicated to providing quality service to the campus community. The professionalism of the University Police Department has been recognized by receipt of National Accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies. This award was given to us for having fully demonstrated a commitment to law enforcement excellence by living up to a body of practices in the conduct of our responsibilities. The University Police Department was initially accredited in 2001 and was reaccredited in 2004 and 2007.

The University Police Department strives to promote and maintain a campus conducive to academic achievement. A truly safe campus can only be achieved through the cooperation of the entire campus community. With your help and participation and our commitment, I am confident that the time you spend with us will be safe and productive.

It is our hope that this brochure offers you the information necessary to assist you in making intelligent, informed decisions. We have tried to provide you with information that can be a resource to you and aid you in becoming partners with us in preventing crime on our campus.
