Instructions to Use

This form is intended for use by those who wish to file a formal complaint against a California State University, Fullerton Police Department officer(s) for misconduct. If you do not wish to file a formal complaint but would like to bring an incident to the attention of the California State University, Fullerton Police Department, please complete the CSUF PD Feedback, Suggestions and Personnel Recognition Form.

You have the right to make a complaint against a police officer for any improper police conduct. California law requires a procedure to investigate citizens’ complaints. You have a right to a written description of this procedure. Citizen complaints and any reports or findings relating to complaints must be retained by the Cal State Fullerton Police Department for the length of time consistent with the Chancellor's Office Record Retention Protocol.
